Sanctum Vault is proud to offer made-to-order products crafted specifically for each customer. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.





Order Processing Time



All Sanctum Vault products are made to order.


• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days

• Processing time does not include shipping time

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays


Once your order has been processed, it will be handed off to our shipping carrier.





Shipping Times



Estimated shipping times (after processing):


• United States: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Shipping Rates



Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order contents.


Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.





Order Tracking



Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.





Delays & Carrier Issues



Sanctum Vault is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:


• Postal or carrier delays

• Customs processing

• Weather events

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

• Events outside our control


Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.





Incorrect Address or Returned Packages



Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.


Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be re-shipped.
