All Sanctum Vault products are made to order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

(include order number + photos)

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

 

Refund's

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved, it will be handled at no cost.

 

Final Sale

All custom-made items are final sale unless damaged or defective.
